Trainer James Owen and jockey Hollie Doyle took the honours at Kempton Park, on an afternoon that saw three odds on shots turned over.
In the opener, the Godolphin owned two-year-old Dancingintherain went to post the 1-2 favourite with Oisin Murphy aboard, but finished second three and a quarter lengths behind the James Owen trained debutant Trad Jazz at 22-1.
The grey filly became Owen’s second two-year-old winner of the campaign, with his first coming at Kempton.
A daughter of Sea The Moon, Trad Jazz was settled just behind the leading group by Hector Crouch before quickening well inside the final furlong to win by three and three-quarter lengths going away.
Metro Dubai become the second odds on shot to fail after Notimeforchitchat took the 1m novice stakes for Richard Hughes with George Rooke doing the steering to hold on by a nose from Must Believe.
There was a massive shock in the next race on the card with Big Slip sent to post at 4-11. The Andrew Balding trained two-year-old having his third race of the season never looked like catching Marbush under Doyle.
Favourite punters had to wait until the fourth race on the card when Top Of The Class prevailed for Mark Loughnane.
Doyle, duly completed her double on the card by getting Prometeo over the line to win the 1m 2f handicap from the top weight Ten Dimes.
The penultimate race of the afternoon went to Hughes with Zero Carbon making all to hold on to beat Brasil Power by a head and give the Lambourne trainer a double on the day.
