Matt Seaby is a seasoned professional with over 25 years’ experience in Radio. His passion for broadcasting started in community and hospital radio as an 18-year-old, he has been an active DJ ever since. Matt covers numerous areas including local news, interviews, sports journalism, and entertainment. His trademark relaxed style comes from, in his own words, “Just wanting to have fun on air”.

Matt has recently been joined for all of his shows by Jarred, an aspiring broadcaster from Blyth, Northumberland, who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of music as well as a keen eye for interesting and entertaining stories.

As you will hear, if you tune into Morning Matters (10:00-12:00 MON-FRI) or Wednesday Drive (16:00-18:00), the two hosts have a great chemistry which adds to the entertainment and fun in their shows.
