On Tonight’s We Love Woking Show…..
We’re learning about all the wonderful things you can do and services on offer at Woking Library. From 8pm we’re joined in the studio by Steve Sansom who is the Senior Surrey Communications Officer for The Surrey Library Service.
We’ll be learning about what’s coming up there in the next few months, as well as the process to join up, for all those who haven’t yet…..and the benefits of library membership. Steve has also chosen 3 songs and we’ll be hearing these between our chat.
In the second hour, we have more local events and happenings, including a meeting for The Phoenix Centre about the New Live Music Venue for Woking, my visit with Jackie to The Woking Means Business Exhibition, a chat with Allison Ferns of BBC Surrey, who were in town today!
Also The Trench Experience are looking for volunteers for a Flash Mob, we’re joined on the phone by Val from Pure Hair in Lightwater again to find out how the ‘A Charity Ball’ went, and a special thank you for Summerscales Performing Arts for a lovely card they sent us.
