Today is St. David’s Day. We shall look at the life and times of St. David and his significance to the Welsh people.

It is also the start of the Baha’i Faith’s 19 day fasting period and we shall consider the meaning and purpose of this time.

Sharon has just returned from a 16 day sailing challenge and will take us through the amazing journey on the North Atlantic route around the islands between Antigua and The Bahamas. The trip was undertaken as a fundraising expedition on behalf of a hospice in Somerset. Whilst it may sound like a dream come true, this was no 5 star cruise!
