Lambourn trainer Faye Bramley celebrated her first success as a trainer when Norflondonforever took the honours in Division 2 of the Unibet Zero % Mission Handicap over 1m under Edward Greatrex.
Bramley, who has been training for a shade over a month also owns the four-year-old who was wearing a tongue strap for the first time after finishing fourth in a mile handicap at Leicester eleven days ago.
Elsewhere on the card, Lalique made a winning debut as a three-year old under Marco Ghiani in the opener over 1m 2f
Upcoming jockey Billy Loughnane bagged a double on the AW card by taking the last two races of the evening.
Liosa ran on nicely under the 19-year-old to score by four lengths before Loughnane took the finale on the card by steering Federated to a half a length victory in the 1m 3f handicap.
Bela Sonata was last seen at Glorious Goodwood 257 days where the filly ran very green. Trainer Oliver Cole has always had high hopes for the three-year-old who backed up his faith in her by winning comfortably on her first start of the season under Finley Marsh in the 7f restricted maiden fillies stakes.
Back up in trip, Port Erin relished the extra two furlongs by getting up on the line to deny Newfangled by a head.
Knights Gold finished well to fend off the challenge of Orchard by a head to land the 7f handicap under Cieren Fallon.
Andrew Baldin’s outstanding start to the season continued when another three-year-old was in the winners enclosure after Dream Out Loud claimed the 6f handicap with David Probert aboard.
