In form jockey Saffie Osborne made it eight winning rides in the last fortnight with a double at Kempton Park on Wednesday evening.
On the warmest night of the year, Osborne started her evening of by steering the odds on shot Scenic to victory for Ed Walker.
Half an hour later she was on board Blacklion for her father in the 7f handicap and managed to get up on the line and pip Rinovati.
Osborne missed out on a treble in the third race aboard the three year old Get Jiggy With It. The filly finishing six and a half lengths behind the 11-10 favourite Rochelle under James Doyle for Kevin Philippart de Foy.
The main race of the night the Try Unibet’s New Acca Boosts Handicap run over 7f went to the Mark Rimell trained six year old Thapa VC with Jack Mitchell in the saddle.
Midnight Drive backed up her recent success at this course over C&D three weeks ago by winning the fillies handicap under John Fahy, despite having a 2lb rise.
There was a thrilling finish to the 8.30 on the card with Tennesse Gold coming with a late run to beat Horse Whisperer at the odds of 6-1 under Daniel Muscutt after recently being gelded.
The finale on the card went to the Ed Dunlop trained Damascus Steel making his Polytack debut with Silvestre de Sousa on board.
