Emma helps Mums and families with children between 6months and 16 years old. She teaches about self care, coping techniques, mindfulness and lots more.

We’ll learn about Emma’s own experience with maternal mental health, and how that inspired her to help others, plus more about what she does. She has chosen her 3 songs too, an inspirational song, a feel good song and a love song, which we’ll hear between our chat.
