The WLW Show 22/5/2019 – Will Forster Returns

On Tonight’s #WeLoveWoking Show…

Last year we were joined in the studio by Woking Mayor & Mayoress, Will Forster and Hannah Thompson as they were starting in their roles.

Will returns this evening to tell us all about their adventures! Will’s chosen charity was the York Road Project, on which we’ll get an update, and hear who is taking over the mantle.

In the second hour, more Woking chat and lots of events and happenings – including – Jamie Sims and his take on Shakespeare’s ‘Ophelia’, a visit to Woking & Sam Beare Hospices Dragon Boat Race, seeing JL Butchers Ltd I action and meeting Anita from the Chinese Association of Woking. We also have a phone in about Dementia Friends sessions at the hospice.

Plus how to enter Green Oak Housing Association’s ‘Woking Volunteer of the year’, if you know someone who volunteers and you think they deserve recognition, tune in.

This Friday is ‘Local Radio Day’ and it really doesn’t get more local than this!

Join us from 6-8pm LIVE on Radio Woking & hear some #ProperLocalRadio
