Our guest is Kirsty Handyside who runs Zumba with Kirsty.
We’ll be learning more about Kirsty, how she got into Zumba, what inspired her to start teaching, her classes, what they entail….and who knows, we might even do a little short live Zumba session on air! 😆
She has chosen some great tunes, including some that people attending her classes will definitely hear.
In the 2nd hour, a little mention for last weekend’s Worldwide Freedom Rally in London and elsewhere, including a shout out for NHS100k , and observations about its reporting in the mainstream media.
