With the Christian season of Advent now underway, it is a time for contemplation.
9-10am Julene will tell us about Sufism, mantras, music and ritual.
10-11am Sharon will continue the discussion about the power of sound. She will also share news of events in the area and her visit to the Buddhist temple in Brookwood.
11-12noon Annette will help us achieve more self compassion through the sharing of her life experiences and in her capacity as one of the first fully trained Mindfulness, Self-Compassion teachers in the UK.
