A last gasp strike from loanee Josh Davison rescued a point for Woking and denied Yeovil their first win of the league season.
The visitors opened the scoring on the cusp of half time when Matt Warburton netted. Woking left it late before Davison’s leveller was enough for the share of the points.
A game played in filthy conditions with a swirling wind and heavy rain throughout meant it was difficult conditions for both sides.
In a first half that was littered with fouls from both sides, it was the Glovers who had the first chance of the game when a free kick from Warburton was met in the area by Charlie Lee with his header pushed on to the post by Craig Ross.
The rest of the half saw both sides fail to make much impact, but with a minute of the half remaining the visitors drew first blood when a quickly taken free kick that fell to Warburton was drilled past Ross into the bottom corner.
After the restart Woking had an immediate chance to draw level when Max Kretzschmar was fouled in the box. Kretzschmar dusted himself down to take the spot kick but saw his penalty kick cannon of the post.
Saul Shotton went close for the hosts and Davison had another chance for the Cards, but his stopping header went into the side netting.
Cards stopper Ross tipped a D’Ath effort onto the bar before it was the turn of Yeovil to be awarded a spot kick. Rhys Murphy took the penalty but was denied by Ross.
Woking kept pressing forward with Town’s stopper Smith denying Davison before the youngster pounced to grab a point for the Cards. Following a mix up at the back the youngster calmy rounded the keeper and finished with aplomb to deny the visitors all three points right at the death.
