Just over a year ago we were joined in the studio by Imran Ali Mamud, who was about to launch Rooster Shack.
We spoke about his inspirations, dreams and plans with the business and what lay ahead. Tonight, it is a pleasure to welcome him back!
We’ll be learning about his first year in business and how well they have come along. From supporting local charities, sports teams and individuals, to providing a great customer service, we learn about Imran, his team, and the values that inspire them.
Also of course, we’ll certainly be talking about what’s on the menu, and Imran has hinted at a Live on Air Tasting!
