On Tonight’s We Love Woking Show…..

There is no guest joining us this week, so we’re gonna do something that we don’t usually have much time to do each week.  Tonight we’ll be talking more about the events happening over this weekend, including WWF’s Earth Hour which is taking place this Saturday, 19th March. We’ll be finding out about what #EARTHHOUR is all about and we’ll be looking at what The Living Planet Centre have in store for everyone.

Also, with the 2016 P & G Surrey Youth Games coming up, we’ll be giving details of FREE Sports Coaching available for Children aged 7 – 16 years old from the Woking Borough.  It’s a fantastic chance for any of them interested in learning a new sport, with a chance to get selected to represent Woking at the games in June!

Listeners will remember when I was joined by Wendy & Chiara from Woking and Sam Beare Hospices a few weeks ago…..They “persuaded” me to take part in their Fire Walk!

So last Thursday I went along and took part, and I Live to tell the tale……and what a tale it is. Hear all about my training regime and preparation and how it all went on the night.

Plus we’ll be mentioning Woking Art Society, The Lightbox and lots more.  So for some local chat, events, happenings and music……..
